Jay Johnson is a widely known running coach who has coached runners at Nike, Running Times, RunnersConnect, the University of Colorado and elsewhere. Jay has produced a number of running videos for runners and coaches at RunningDVDs.com, is the camp director for the Boulder Running Camps, and has coached runners of all stripes, including Olympians. Jay is also a longtime runner and ran for the Colorado Buffaloes during their historic championship season chronicled in “Running with the Buffaloes.”
Jay definitely knows and loves the sport of running and is probably best known for his advocacy of strengthwork and injury-prevention work.
